What it reads

One X post and the author fields that come with it, through X's official paid API. Each one costs us $0.015: the post $0.005 and its author $0.010. We cover up to 100 a day across everyone.
One Hacker News item, through Algolia's public API, with its story's title.
One Bluesky post, through the public Bluesky API.
Any other public page that doesn't ask bots to stay out.

What it won't read

Reddit and LinkedIn. Their terms close them to tools like ours, so we don't read them. Our sources policy links their rules. Paste the post's text instead and we judge that.

What it knows about you

If your site was scanned in the last 7 days, we use what that scan understood. Otherwise we read a few of its pages now, or take one sentence about what you sell.

What it keeps

Nothing about the post or its author. You can check 3 posts an hour and 6 a day, the same as the free scan.
