What it is
When someone scans their own website, LiquidUser fetches a small, limited set of its public pages to understand the product. It also reads public conversations through documented public interfaces. It identifies itself with this user agent:

It follows robots.txt, fetches only public pages, stays away from private and internal network addresses, and keeps its requests small and infrequent.
Blocking it
Add these two lines to your robots.txt file:
User-agent: LiquidUserBot
Disallow: /Questions? Write to hello@liquiduser.com.
