# LiquidUser pricing

LiquidUser reads your website, then shows you people in public conversations who describe a problem your product solves, with the post, the reason it matches and a reply draft. You post every reply yourself.

## Plan and prices

- Monthly: $49 per month.
- Annual: $490 per year (works out to $40.83 a month). That is two months free, $98 less than twelve monthly payments.
- One workspace. No per-seat charge: invite your team at no extra cost.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout by Stripe.
- There is one plan. The limits below are caps, not meters: reaching a daily limit waits for the next day and never adds a charge.

## Free scan

Paste your website on https://liquiduser.com. LiquidUser reads up to eight public pages, shows what it understood with the page behind each claim, searches X (the last seven days) and Hacker News (the last 120 days) for people describing those problems, and shows the first person and the first problem in full before you pay. If nobody qualifies, it says so.

## What Pro includes

- Every person your scan found, with names and sources
- A daily reply queue: the best five conversations, drafts ready
- Fresh posts first, with how long you have to reply
- Your first mission starts from your scan, and up to three keep looking every few hours
- Discover: search public people, problems and conversations
- Memory you can read and correct, with the source of each fact
- Agent access over MCP with scoped keys, plus full data export

## Fair-use limits

## Cancelling, refunds and discounts

- Cancel any time from Settings, under Billing: one button opens Stripe's billing page, and you cancel there. No email, no call.
- You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays yours: export it whenever you like.
- If you ask within 7 days of your first charge, we refund that charge. Write to hello@liquiduser.com.
- No discounts or promotions, ever. Annual is two months free, and that is the only price difference.
- If a payment fails, you get 7 days of grace before new missions and deep searches pause. Existing missions keep running.

## Honesty commitments

1. We never post, reply, like, follow or send messages for you. You post every reply yourself.
2. Official APIs only, read only. No bots, no account pools, no proxies, no scraping.
3. No fake numbers: no invented counters, testimonials, countdown timers or struck-through prices. Every limit comes from the product's own configuration.
4. We never ask for permission to post on your X account, and never ask you to bring your own X API key.
5. If we find nobody worth your time, the scan says so instead of padding the list.
6. Every result links to the original post, so you can check us.

## Sources and data

- X and Hacker News through their official APIs, read only. LiquidUser never requests permission to post on X.
- X post text is kept for 14 days at most; after that only IDs, links and LiquidUser's own scores remain.
- Reddit is not read.
